1. Scope of Services

Tsdur provides website design, mobile app development, software solutions, and social media marketing services tailored for businesses in Dubai, UAE. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a signed agreement or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and timely information, content, and feedback required for project completion. Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for content used in projects.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due as outlined in the project agreement, typically with a deposit upfront and remaining payments upon milestones or completion. All fees are in AED, starting at AED 2,000/mo for standard plans. Late payments may incur a 5% penalty per month.

4. Project Revisions

Up to two rounds of revisions are included in the project scope unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, agreed upon in advance. Tsdur ensures revisions align with the original project goals for Dubai clients.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables (e.g., website, app, or software). Tsdur retains the right to use projects in portfolios or marketing materials, showcasing our work for UAE businesses.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the project agreement.

7. Liability

Tsdur is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. We strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes for clients in Dubai or elsewhere.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9. Changes to Terms
